The company was setup in the year 1985 for manufacture of Electronic Trainers used for Technical Education and Training in all Engineering colleges, Diploma colleges, Industrial Training Institutes, Vocational And Training Centers setup by Government and Industrial sectors all over the country.The company is a rapidly growing, Professionally managed organisation engaged in design and manufacturing of electronic trainers under Brand name "SIGMA" using state - of - art technology. Management
The Company has been promoted by Prof. D. R Luhar an Engineer - M Tech. (Electronics & Communication), a Gold Medalist, from IIT Mumbai with First Rank in JEE in 1981. He has about 34 years of experience in teaching, design, manufacturing and quality control of electronic equipments. He is still a visiting professor in some of the leading Technical Institutes in the country and abroad.

We are equipped with modern production, quality assurance and R & D facilities. Our products have undergone specification compliance tests at ERTL. The promoter of the unit is directly involved in the R & D activities of the company.Product Design And Unique Features
Based on our in-depth knowledge of teaching and interaction with the technical students, Lab Instructors, Professors etc., we had designed and introduced for the first time in India, a unique concept of Single Large PCB with faults creating facilities.Any number of faults can be simulated by the students without any damage to PCB. The unique features of our products are:
- Single PCB technology with section wise circuit explanation.
- All parts soldered on single Pin Tags for easy replacement of components.
- Fault creating facility by removing jumpers / changing components.
- Easy identification of parts / components for measurement of voltage / waveforms
